Pedag Supra Tongue Pad is a self-adhesive tongue pad made of soft suede and visco-elastic memory foam that protects your sensitive instep from lace pressure and helps shoes with a low instep fit properly. If hard lacing on your boots, trainers, or smart shoes presses on the top of your foot and causes pain, Supra cushions the shoe tongue so you notice the difference straight away.

When shoes are slightly too large or your instep sits low, your foot slides forward, your heel lifts, and the laces dig into the back of your foot. How to Fit

Peel off the protective film from the self-adhesive backing and press the pad firmly onto the underside of the shoe tongue, centred where the lacing presses most. Allow the adhesive to set before wear. Supplied as one pair per pack.
