How to Use
Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry.
Press the gel cushion firmly into the back (heel area) of the shoe.
It may shift slightly before you put the shoe on — this is normal, and it settles securely in place once worn.
Move it to another pair of shoes whenever you like.
To clean, hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then air dry fully before reusing.
